G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) and clause (b) of section 88 of the Finance Act, 2005 (18 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 16th day of June, 2005 as the date on which the provisions of the said clauses of the said Act shall come into force.
