23/2007-Service Tax, Dated: May 22, 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (A) and clause (B) of section 135 of the Finance Act, 2007 (22 of 2007), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of June, 2007, as the date on which the provisions of the said clauses of section 135 of the Finance Act, 2007 (22 of 2007) shall come into force.
